OCNI is pleased to announce our inaugural Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in Nuclear Conference, in partnership with Thomas Thor, MM Creative Solutions, and Inclusion & Diversity in Nuclear (IDN). 

OCNI wants to deliver on diversity, continue to commit to equality, and improve inclusion within the nuclear sector. We want to encourage the Canadian nuclear supply chain to foster and promote diverse perspectives, opportunities, and challenges in an equitable manner.

Diverse organizations are more innovative, resilient, and adaptable. It is imperative to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for all. With this conference, OCNI and our partners aim to give your business the resources and capacity to eradicate prejudice and discrimination based on bias and encourage leadership to have difficult conversations that will promote change.

As an industry, we can seek inspiration, insight, and guidance from each other's initiatives, experiences, and wisdom to navigate the EDI landscape through sharing, learning, and advancing evidence-based good practice. Together, we can translate our collective knowledge into actions.
