This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the vital contributions of many women in the Canadian nuclear industry. In recent years, the female presence in the Canadian nuclear business has increased at a considerable rate. Women have taken vital roles in this growing industry, working in everything from the manufacture of radioactive materials to operational positions and even maintenance positions within power plants.  
 
The webinar will feature four short talks by accomplished women in the nuclear field, each with a unique story to tell. Speakers will discuss their personal journeys of building a career in the industry, as well as successes and insights. The event will inspire us in our individual and collective efforts for gender equality.
